Complimentary Shipping

Retail Orders (U.S.)
Orders shipped within the United States with a subtotal over $300 may qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Wholesale Orders (U.S.)
Orders shipped within the United States with a subtotal over $1,000 may qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Complimentary shipping, when eligible, is automatically applied at checkout.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Orders that do not meet the complimentary shipping threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Flat-rate shipping applies to both retail and wholesale orders below the applicable threshold.

International Shipping

Complimentary shipping does not apply to international orders.
International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their destination country.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing and transit times may be extended.

Expedited Shipping

Processing Time
Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Time
Once shipped, expedited orders typically arrive within 2 business days from carrier pickup.

Expedited shipping is available for domestic U.S. orders only. For international expedited requests, please contact us prior to purchase.

Important Shipping Information

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mahjong Row & Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Modifications
Orders cannot be combined, edited, or canceled once placed.

Carrier Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refunds or returns.
